Lisa Crowder is a full-time studio jeweler/metalsmith living in Austin, Texas. She shows work at numerous galleries & at various fine craft shows throughout the US. She graduated from the University of Texas in 1999 with a BFA in Studio Art (concentrations in Metals & Ceramics). She has also attended Penland School of Craft in North Carolina, Arrowmont School of Craft in Tennessee, Austin Community College & The University of New South Wales College of Fine Arts in Sydney, Australia. Her work is predominantly hand fabricated from sterling silver & she uses other materials such as gold, enamel, ebony & bone.
