HOW TO REGISTER                  

Registration for classes can be done online or by phone.

Online: Click here to be directed to the classes page. Select from the list of classes available in the current semester for detailed descriptions and to register/pay online.

Phone: Call 512-799-0731 to register over the phone or if you need assistance with the registration process.



We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. If making payments via credit card, suspended/declined payments will be charged a $25 administrative fee. 

Students can register in person at the studio with card/cash/check, by phone, or with a check by mail (please do not mail cash). Please note that if you're paying by check, your spot will not be secured until your payment has cleared ($35 fee for returned checks). If paying with more than one check, you must call the studio to register, and send all post dated payments at one time. Please make checks payable to Creative Side Jewelry Academy, and mail to 321 W. Ben White Blvd, Suite 204, Austin TX 78704. 

Payment plans are available upon request, and require at least a 25% deposit to hold your spot. We will allow tuition to be broken up into 4 payments with the condition that all payment dates are set at the time of deposit and registration. Please call 512-799-0731 for more info. International credit card payments are subject to additional processing fees.  ***In order to best prepare for students, we ask that all classes be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the start date.***



Creative Side reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. Cancellations may be due to low enrollment. In the unlikely occasion that it is necessary to cancel a class, we will notify registered students by phone or email and refund/credit the full tuition amount.


ALL drops/transfers are subject to fees
Transfers: Subject to a $25 fee
Withdrawals: From one time $25 withdraw fee, up to 10% of the total class tuition. ALL withdrawals from Masters classes will be charged (at least) a 10% fee.
30 days or more notice = full refund or full tuition credit (minus fees for TRANSFER/WITHDRAWAL and/or processing)
14 days or more notice = 50% of the tuition in credit for any other CSJA course. NO REFUNDS.
Less than 14 days notice = No refund, no credit.

If you registered with a credit card, refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee per transaction. A total of 7% will be deducted for refunds applied to credit cards.  

** Last minute emergencies, deaths in the family, etc., will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the owner, Courtney Gray.


Q: What if I have to miss a class?
A: We understand that things may come up that prevent you from coming to one of your classes. We encourage students to dutifully check their schedule before registering for classes to prevent this from happening.

Q: How do I make up a class I have missed?
A: Each student gets one make-up session per enrolled course. There will be no additional class time scheduled. Students are encouraged to arrange a review with the instructor to take place 30 minutes prior to start of class. Students are welcome to attend one Open Studio or to come into the studio anytime during our regular studio hours to work on their projects (M-F 10am-5pm). Students must schedule this time with CS Staff via phone or email.

Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. 

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy: 
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 10.
