How to Register                    

Registration for classes is available online or by phone.

REGISTRATION POLICY

Registration will be open until the class begins or when full. We will not turn away students if possible but that being said, please register as soon as possible to secure your spot because classes fill up fast!

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. Students who register by phone can pay over the phone by credit card, in person at the studio with card/cash/check, or by mail by sending a check (please do not mail cash) to the address listed below. Please note that if you're paying by check, your spot will not be secured until your payment has cleared ($30 fee for returned checks). Please make checks payable to Creative Side Jewelry Academy and mail to 628 Allen St/Austin, TX. 78702

WITHDRAWAL/TRANSFER
Students who would like to withdraw from a class must do so 14 days prior to the start of class. Because last minute vacancies are hard to fill (even with a waiting list), there will be a drop fee of 50% of the original tuition and the student will be refunded or credited the remaining amount. There are no transfers or refunds for students who missed classes or withdraw later than 14 days prior to the start of class. Transfers between classes, however discouraged, will be allowed for classes up to one month before the start of either class.

CANCELLATION
The Creative Side reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. Cancellations may be due to conflicts in the schedule or to low enrollment. In the unlikely occasion that it is necessary to cancel a class, we will notify registered students by phone or email and refund the full tuition amount.

Q: What if I have to miss a class?
A: We understand that no one can predict the future- things may come up that prevent you from coming to one of your classes. We encourage students to dutifully check their schedule before registering for classes to prevent this from happening.

Q: How do I make up a class I have missed?
A: Each student gets ONE MAKE UP session. Any student that has missed a class will have is encouraged to arrive an hour early to their next class to catch up what they missed with their instructor. There will be no additional class scheduled however students are welcome to  attend one Open Studio or to come into the studio anytime during our regular studio hours to work on their projects (M-F 10am-5pm). Students must schedule this time with CS Staff via phone or email.
